I think I managed to get the power down to something that fits in tier-2. It takes a week to fully upgrade a low-level power, two weeks to fully upgrade a mid-level power, three weeks to fully upgrade a powerful power, and a month to upgrade a very powerful power. Instead, they will be a sidegrade, a power that could have come from the Parahuman's Shard, but didn't. Your power, even when strengthened to their max, will never be the same as the original Parahuman's power. You can also use those charges to increase how many slots you have, to a maximum of three. Once a power reaches the same strength as the original power, you can no longer dump charges into it. Every day you get a charge you can use to increase the strength of a power, though you can save these charges as well. You can switch what power is in that slot at will. To copy a Parahuman's power you must get within a meter of them. You have the ability to copy extremely weakened versions of powers off Parahumans and a slot to use those powers with. Replaced Demiservant with Power Manipulator. Replaced Magecraft with Emperor of Man, which gives you mid level Brute and Telekinetic shaker ratings, as well as a 40th millenia humanity tinker power. Replaced Not Midichlorians with Tentacles, an ability that lets you summon and control tentacles that spout from the ground. Replaced Alchemy with Clockstopper, a slightly better/more controllable version of Clockblocker's power Replaces Holmes with Snap, which tells you a person's psychological weak point. Replaced Magik in the Tier-3 Section with Earworm, something like Gallant's power except replace emotions with getting ideas stuck in their head Replaced Code Geass in the Tier-3 section with Red Strings, which allows you to slowly change how people think about a person
